Deviated Septum
The septum is the cartilage or bone in your nose that separates the nasal passages. A deviated septum is when the septum is off-center, leading to breathing issues. While some people are born with deviated septums, it can also be caused by injuries.
Sinusitis
Sinusitis occurs when the sinuses are inflamed, blocked, and filled with fluid due to bacterial or viral infections or growths like nasal polyps. It often causes discomfort and symptoms similar to that of a cold or an allergy.
Nasal Polyps
Nasal polyps are painless, noncancerous growths (or cysts) that develop along the nasal passage or sinuses. While usually harmless, they can sometimes get irritated, swell up, and block the nasal passage and sinuses
